When planting in your seedgem; place the soil pellet inside of the polybag along with 3 tablespoons of water and wait 15 minutes for the pellet to expand. Then push the top of the planter inside of itself and place the now expanded soil pellet into the box. Plant the seeds 1/4″ deep and water as needed. Dog grass, known as barley, is easy to grow and will sprout in 4 to 5 days. Sprinkle the grass trimmings on your dog’s food or let them chew the grass straight from the planting container. Either way, your pup will love the homegrown treat!
