When planting; place the soil pellet inside of the poly bag along with 3 tablespoons of water and wait 15 minutes for the pellet to expand. Then push the top of the planted inside of itself and place the soil inside of the box, plant 2-3 seeds 1/4″ deep and water as needed. An easy vegetable to grow, pumpkins are fun for all ages and levels of gardening skill. When transplanting make sure to place your hardened seedlings in separate mounds of soil leaving ample space between the hills in order for the vines to spread and produce your beautiful pumpkins.
